Houses would ‘damage village landscape’
Friday, 12 April 2013
AN area of Great Landscape Value would be sacrificed to build extra houses that Shaldon did not want, Teignbridge Council Planning Committee was told on Monday.
The warning came from Shaldon Parish Council Planning Committee chairman Cllr Antony Ryan, who objected on behalf of the council to an outline application by Roger Bowley for access to build four homes on his land at Highfield, Picket Head Hill.
